He began to devote himself fully to the field in 2017 as a student of Robert. Today, he has students who are active barbers and have their own barbershops. He is co-owner of the Royal Barber & Shop in Kuřim, Mikulov, České Budějovice and Karviná. He is the absolute winner, including the men's category of the Golden Scissors 2022 competition, the winner of the men's classic Barber Battle Croatia 2023 and the 3rd place winner of the Freestyle Barber Battle Czech Republic 2022 category, the winner of the men's classic Barber Battle 2024. He focuses on fading, segmenting strands, working with scissors, modern short and medium long haircuts and beard trimming and shaving.
JAROSLAV VACHATA
Modern cuts, segmentation, techniques of working with scissors
He started cutting hair in 2018. From 2020 to 2023, he was the manager of Royal Barber & Shop Minoritská, the largest establishment in Brno. His specialization is hair segmentation, working with hairstyle and head shapes and working with scissors. He is the winner of the Freestyle Barber Battle Czech Republic 2022 category. Today, he is the co-owner of Barber School Prague s.r.o., where he also teaches.

Long haircuts, management of hairdressing and barbershops
Robert has 15 years of experience in cutting and managing businesses. Since 2016, he has only been engaged in barbering. He is an expert in cutting women's (long) hair, owner of the Royal Barber & Shop network, BarberMagazin.cz, organizer of the international competition BarberBattle.cz. and summer barber events BarberCamp.cz.
HOANG ANH NGUYEN
Fading, working with scissors, modern men's haircuts
Otherwise known as Tomko, he is a trained hairdresser and has been in the field for 4 years. He is the manager of Royal Barber & Shop Vinohrady. For him, barbering is the key to creativity and imagination. His specialty is fading, working with scissors and hair of all lengths.
TOMÁŠ KULÍŠEK
Fading, grooming and shaving, posture, working with tools
Tomáš, or Kulda, is a barber in body and soul. He has been actively working in this field for more than 4 years, and his hobby has become a job. He attended a lot of Czech and foreign trainings with, for example, Josh OP, Josh Lamonaca, Matomišek, Volodimir or barbers from Doe's barbershop, and he is also the manager of the first two-story Royal Barber & Shop in Havlíčková Brod. His specialty is mainly hair tattoo, shaving and trimming beards and short modern haircuts.
IVA JÁNOŠŘÁKOVÁ
Women's haircuts, dyeing, highlights, social hairstyles, water waves, permanent preparation, blow-dry
Ivana Janošťáková se v kadeřnickém oboru pohybuje mnoho let. Původně pracovala v předních dámských i pánských salonech. Následně svoje bohaté kadeřnické znalosti a zkušenosti předávala žákům na SOU. Jako pedagog odborného výcviku, připravovala žáky na soutěže, ale také na různá kadeřnická vystoupení. Profesně se věnuje dámské kategorii. Provádí veškeré vlasové úpravy, střihy, barevné variace, tvarování permanentní i krátkodobé, večerní a soutěžní účesy. Je teoretiky i prakticky všechny mistrem svého oboru.
